Covid-19

During 2020, at the first wave of COVID-10, in the support of Aide et Action Nepal, Lalitpur, the organization conducted the following interventions: Safety & Hygiene Materials Distribution and Relief Items Distribution. Safety & Hygiene Materials: mask, sanitizer, soap, bucket, jug etc. were supported to quarantines of Sarlahi & handwashing station was provided to the 10 schools of Barahathwa Municipality, Kaudena Rural Municipality and Bishnu Rural Municipality. Like that Relief Items: rice & soap were distributed to poor & dalit people of Rural Municipalities: Chandranagar, Bishnu & Kaudena and Municipalities: Godaita, Bagmati, Barahathwa, Lalbandi & Malangwa. From the support, 8261 dalit & marginalized people were benefited and from handwashing station, more than 1000 students and 100 teachers are benefited per year.

During this year, the organization conducted the following interventions:

Sarlahi COVID-19 Rapid Response Team Formation, 25-beded Isolation Center Eatablishment, Free Health Screening, Help Desk and Safety Materials & Medicine Handover & Relief Materials Distribution. From the response interventions, 12226(female-6268) persons have been benefited.
